Born from a vision of
hidden magnificence
Saklı Konak — the Hidden Mansion — was born from a simple vision: to create a place where the magnificence of Cappadocia's landscape becomes as much a part of the meal as the food on your plate.
Nestled within a meticulously restored 19th-century Ottoman stone building in the village of Göreme, our rooftop terrace opens to an uninterrupted panorama of fairy chimneys, ancient valleys, and the legendary skies that have drawn travellers here for centuries.
Our kitchen is led by chefs who grew up in the villages of Central Anatolia, drawing on generations of culinary memory — from slow-braised lamb sealed in clay pots to delicate puddings passed down through family kitchens.
